SABINE GAEDEKE STENER, CEO
Sabine Gaedeke Stener oversees the operations of Gaedeke Group as well as the oil and gas investments and activities of Gaedeke Energy and Gaedeke Holdings, Ltd. Prior to founding Gaedeke Group, Ms. Stener served as the director of marketing for a major division of Bertelsmann AG, one of the world's largest international multimedia companies. Ms. Stener received her post-graduate degrees in marketing, psychology, and international management from the University of Hamburg, Germany.
GLENN S. LICKSTEIN, PRESIDENT
Glenn S. Lickstein has been a member of the Gaedeke Group senior management team since the firm was founded. Prior to his involvement with Gaedeke Group, Mr. Lickstein was responsible for the treasury and accounting functions of Performance Properties, LLC. He also provided investor reporting, risk management, and other services for SHL Management Company's portfolio of over 10,000 apartment units and 2 million square feet of office space. Mr. Lickstein has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
ELLIOT PRIEUR, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF REAL ESTATE DIVISION, TEXAS AND ARIZONA
Elliot Prieur serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Division for Texas and Arizona. Responsibilities include office leasing operations focusing primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Additionally, he plays an integral role on the acquisitions team. Elliot has spent his 25-year commercial real estate career at Lincoln Property Company in Dallas serving with a variety of roles, including analyst, marketing manager, Vice President of Office Leasing, and most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Lincoln’s Dallas Office Division. A New Orleans, Louisiana, native, Mr. Prieur attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree prior to moving to Dallas in 1991.
KIRK R. FETTER, VICE PRESIDENT OF LEASING, EAST COAST REGION
Kirk R. Fetter has been part of the Gaedeke Group senior management team since 1997. He has more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience representing landlords for the leasing of office buildings primarily in the Orlando/Tampa/Miami market. Mr. Fetter is currently responsible for over 1.2 million square feet of Gaedeke Group properties in Miami, West Palm Beach, Nashville, and Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida.
JULIE E. LENNON, GENERAL COUNSEL
Julie E. Lennon serves as General Counsel to Gaedeke Group. Ms. Lennon joined Gaedeke Group in January 2010. She is a former partner with the international law firm, K&L Gates, LLP, representing both private and publicly held companies during a twelve-year career with the firm. Ms. Lennon's practice has been focused on commercial real estate and oil & gas transactions. Ms. Lennon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, a Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University, and a Master of Laws degree from New York University. She is admitted to practice law in Texas and Mississippi.
AMANDA GREEN, VICE PRESIDENT OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Amanda Green oversees property management across the country for the Gaedeke Group. Prior to joining the Gaedeke Group, she was the Director of Market Operations for Cushman and Wakefield’s Dallas office. Ms. Green’s experience includes corporate operations, property management, and asset management. She has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a CCIM designation.
